ASM 1107 sweatband sewing machine is a single thread chain stitch sewing machine is used to sew sweatbands into felt or straw hats.

• Custom table top with “U” shape cutout that allows large brim hats to be sewn

Using the sweatband attachment and foot, sweatbands are evenly sewn into felt and straw hats speeding up production time.

The machine comes assembled with a new 110V 550W servo motor with a special “U” shaped table top that allows sewing of large brim hats.
