When will my order ship

We generally ship orders within 24-48 hours of receiving the order Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received over the weekend will be shipped out the following business day.

Free Shipping

Our free shipping service is available in the continuous United States only. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories or international do not qualify.

Items purchased with a PO (Purchase Order) do not qualify for free shipping.

Free shipping does not apply to special order, drop shipments or oversized / overweight products.

Free shipping is by carrier and service of our choice.

Returned items that were shipped with Free Shipping will have the cost of shipping deducted from any refund or credit.

Free shipping is only available on minimum purchase orders. Call for details.

Special Case Shipping (Drop Ship or Special Order)

Some items may require special shipping, truck line delivery (LTL), drop shipping from the manufacture, or other special cases. We will contact you as soon as possible in these cases.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for any item that has been delivered but not received by the customer.

If the item has been shipped to the address indicated by the customer, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items. The customer must contact the carrier with the provided shipping information and work directly with the carrier
