When will my order ship

We generally ship orders within 24-48 hours of receiving the order Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received over the weekend will be shipped out the following business day.

Special Case Shipping (Drop Ship or Special Order)

Some items may require special shipping, truck line delivery (LTL), drop shipping from the manufacture, or other special cases. We will contact you as soon as possible in these cases.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for any item that has been delivered but not received by the customer.

If the item has been shipped to the address indicated by the customer, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items. The customer must contact the carrier with the provided shipping information and work directly with the carrier
